  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orders with incorrect/incomplete details may result in delays or failed deliveries. In such cases, Somvali Ayurveda is not responsible for the delay or extra reshipping charges.

In rare cases of damaged, broken, or leaked products during transit:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Eligible cases will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.
