At Somvali Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help within our defined policy.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • If more than 3 days have passed since the product was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Products returned after the 3-day window.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at somvaliayurveda735@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product.

  2. Include your order number, product name, and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
